Adefua Cultural Education Workshop (ACEW) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that is committed to developing and maintaining relationships with community agencies, cultural councils, school districts, scholars, parents and education-focused organizations. |
ACEW VISION
For the “Adefua Model” to be accepted as one of the national standards for K-12 youth education. For African cultural centers to be developed in all major cities worldwide that utilize the “Adefua Model” in which education, economic development, youth employment, and human services will be the areas of focus.

You are invited to participate in the Adefua Cultural Education Workshop's African Market Place. This is the 23rd year of the Odunde Festival. The African Market Place will be held from 12:00pm - 8:00 p.m. at the Rainier Valley Cultural Center 3515 S Alaska Street, in Seattle. Three concerts and workshops will take place starting on Thursday, November 20th. Hot African food served each night.

You Are Invited to Join Us! 3 Full Days of African Drumming, Dance & Song! Plan to attend the 24th Annual “Cultural Camp”. Our camp instructors are qualified professionals and masters recognized for high achievement in their fields and also are gifted and enthusiastic teachers for people interested in learning West African Culture in America.
All meals are included starting with lunch as you check-in on Tuesday at 12:noon. You will receive 3 wholesome/ethnic meals per day, fun-filled workshops, comfortable overnight cabin accommodations & evening entertainment.
